Picture this: your head hits the pillow after a long day at work.  You close your eyes and wait to drift off into dream land but can’t seem to get comfortable.  You roll over on your side and then remember that email you sent to your boss with a typo.  Nothing you can do about it now, try to just relax and clear your mind.  10:30PM turns into 12AM.  Check the clock again, now its 3AM.  You say to yourself, “alarm’s going off in three hours, come on!”  Finally, you catch two hours of sleep before you start the day.
